Account Creation, Security & Policy
Registration Process
Creating an account on 565 requires a valid mobile number and password. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
Login Credentials Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You will be held accountable for all activity conducted through your account.
Account Suspension or Closure
565 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Creating an account using false information.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
- Any attempt at fraud or deception.
- Any unauthorized attempt to access the platform's technical systems.
- Any conduct that causes harm to other users.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 565 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
- Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only.
- Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe following verification.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on your account.
- Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Fraudulent Transactions
If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, 565 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the associated account during investigation. If fraud is established, the account may be permanently closed and funds forfeited.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
565 expects all users to act responsibly toward themselves and the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's software, algorithms, or gaming systems for fraudulent purposes.
- Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collecting or using another user's personal information.
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any illegal financial activity.
- Any activity that violates the laws or regulations of the Government of Bangladesh.
